Course structure

This is a six-week virtual course designed to teach you how to let go of the past.

Each session is scheduled weekly on Wednesday evenings and typically runs for an hour.

Once the registration is completed, attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the zoom link and any materials required.

Please note there may be a homework element to the course to enhance your experience.
